ImageMapVB Control
===================
The ImageMapVB control is a control that acts like a client side image map.

Properties:
===========
   * HTMLText - The HTML equivalent of the imagemap control
   * Id - The id of this imagemap
   * Name - The imagemap name

Methods:
========
   * SaveHTML - Saves the current HTML snippet as a full HTML document

Events:
=======
   * MapItemClicked - Triggered when a click occurs over an imagemap item
   * MapItemMouseOver - Triggered when the mouse is moved over a mapitem

The IMAGEMAP format:
====================
<map id="FOO"  name="duncansimagemap">
<area shape="rectangle" target="_top" coords="1,1,2,2"  href="http://www.merrioncomputing.com/Download/index.htm" id="toprect">
</map>

How it works:
=============
   When each control is instantiated it adds itself to the private list of control instances (keyed on hWnd for uniqueness) and then subclasses its WndProc with the VB_WNDPROC function. Whenever this function is fired it finds out which control it was fired for and then passes the window message and its data to that control via a friend subroutine.
   The imagemap data is stored in standard HTML format to provide for common data with the web pages. Whenever the HTMLText object changes it is validated and if valid, the properties are set.

Demonstrates:
=============
   Using Public/Friend/Private to control the scope of the interface items
   Using subclassing to intercept messages sent to the control
   Using collections keyed on hWnd to support multiple control instances
   Using Events to inform a control that it's data has changed
